Jenks and Cattell Engineering are sponsoring one of our very important customers this month as they take on a 150 mile challenge.
5 employees have decided to tackle the infamous Sea to Sea Challenge which includes cycling from Seascale on the Irish sea to Whitby on the north sea whilst taking a very strenuous route via Hard Knott Pass in the Lake District all in ONE day.
The cycle ride is all in aid of charity and the fundraising proceeds will all go to the workforce led charity committee, Leoni CCC, which supports other charities in the local area. Last year the fantastic cause enabled cheques totalling £11,000 to be handed out to 11 different charities including Donna Louise Trust, CLIC, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Special Olympics Stafford, Joe Gilligan Cancer Trust
Jenks and Cattell Engineering hopes that the £500 donation goes a long way in supporting a fantastic cause, and we wish Mick Fitzpatrick, Kev McGing, Mark Skerratt, Ade Kelly and Mark Cobban the very best of luck for Saturday 28th Junes cycle.
