Jenks & Cattell Engineering can provide customers with a finished added value sheet metal component, with laser cut parts or metal stamping, plated, painted and fully assembled to customer specifications.
Metal Stamping|Pressing
Jenks & Cattell Engineering Ltd provide a mid-high volume metal stampings, utilising over 30 power presses ranging from 80 to 1000 tonnes. We offer our customers our single operation presses, coil-fed progression presses and our AIDA line.
Press Tool Manufacturing
Jenks & Cattell Engineering Ltd provide our customers with low cost and high quality tooling suited for the life cycle of the metal pressing, which includes prototype soft tooling to production hard tooling.
CNC Machining
Jenks & Cattell Engineering have two new (2024) CNC machines to complete value added work on site, including machined parts, drilling, tapping, milling, countersinking etc.
